At Glowniq.pk, your satisfaction means everything to us.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — whether it’s a damaged item, an incorrect product, or simply a change of mind — and we’re here to help you resolve it smoothly.

Eligibility & Condition

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Opened, used, or unsealed skincare items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • For sale, discounted, or promotional items, refunds will be processed according to the price you paid, not the original price.
  • The original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You can choose between:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A refund via bank transfer

In such cases, Glowniq.pk will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after purchase, we completely understand — skincare can be personal.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll receive a store credit (discount code) to use on your next purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm your eligibility and process your refund, replacement, or store credit within 3–5 working days.

Refunds are issued through your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer.

Please allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is dispatched, it is handled by our trusted courier partners.

While Glowniq.pk is not responsible for courier delays or handling issues, our support team is always ready to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any delivery concerns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Free gifts, sample packs, or promotional items
  • Gift cards and sale items

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions via email or WhatsApp.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
