3. Product Availability

All products displayed on Glowniq.pk are subject to availability.

If an item goes out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or full refund within 12 hours.

We may also limit quantities per customer to maintain fair access to our products.

4. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

Prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

In the case of an error in product details or pricing, Glowniq reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders. If payment has been made, we will issue a full refund immediately.

5. Orders and Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

After placing an order, you’ll receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For advance payments, our support team will verify your payment before dispatching your order.

Orders that cannot be verified or appear suspicious may be cancelled without prior notice.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Glowniq delivers nationwide through trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  
• Delivery fee: PKR 200 (may vary)
  
• Free delivery: On orders above PKR 2,000 or during promotions
  

Once your order is handed over to our courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company. However, our team will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

7. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  

Change of Mind:

• Returns are accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  

Shipping Costs:

• If the error is on our end (wrong or damaged item), Glowniq covers all courier charges.
  
• For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the shipping cost.
  

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days once we receive and inspect the returned product.
